Sub-processors

We engage a small set of infrastructure providers to deliver the FinHealth Coach service. We review sub-processors for security and privacy practices and sign data processing agreements with appropriate safeguards.

Current sub-processors

• Vercel — hosting and CDN
• TrueLayer (UK) — Open Banking provider (UK)
• Basiq (AU) — Open Banking provider (Australia)
• PostHog — optional product analytics (anonymised/aggregated where enabled)
